This painting was done rather quickly. Half hour. Symbolizing the quickness of life and how art creates itself. The size of the flower is of great proportion as it symbolizes the simplicity of life yet its explosive nature, natural or not.
How this painting unburdened me? Painting in itself is a relaxing event for me and allows my thoughts to wander off onto the canvas. Sifting through the trails of life we can choose to be one with nature, yet nature as well as life at times can be cruel. We are not in control, but we are in control of how we react.
