Artistry I Reception Sunday, January 12 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Artsaroma is headed by Kiran Pundir, who has created a niche for herself as an artist. She has nurtured this foundation with the love of a mother, the precision of a teacher and the spirit of an artist. Great art is the outward expression of inner life in the artist, and this inner life results as his personal vision of the world on his canvas, because every production of an artist is an expression of an adventure of his soul. Every stroke of the brush is an epiphany, every colour on the canvas a testimony, and every painting a soulful symphony, because every artist writes his own biography. An artist culminates the blissful union of the sanctity of art and the productivity of his mind that is why it is said that that an artist can never fail, because being one is a success in itself!
"The artist is a receptacle of emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, to a scrap of paper." - Pablo Picasso
Art is not a handicraft, it is a transmission of feelings the artist has experienced, it is the flow of thought he thinks, it is the life blood of his imagination and that's why its said that the artist belongs to his work and not the work to the artist. Every artist is a unique individual and every piece of art a unique spectacle! Thus, bringing together such spectacles to the art arena is the sole purpose of Artsaroma- an artists kutumbh.
Artsaroma brings forth yet another mystical and enchanting exhibition aptly named 'Artistry'. It is an exhibition spread over two weeks and is to be held in the 'windy city' Chicago, USA. It is a brilliant opportunity to view and appreciate the splendid work by very talented and gifted artists will be on display for all art enthusiasts.
It is worth mentioning that this is the 27th exhibition organised by Artsaroma in the three years of its operational existence. A magnanimous feat worthy of praise. It has not only pioneered at showcasing extraordinary art and encouraging new talent through its exhibition, but also believes in the benevolence of art and successfully puts this belief to practice, no exhibition is complete without offering the privilege of a totally free of charge participation to a differently able artist, a noble deed indeed.
Such is the power of art, the power to change lives!
