My jewelry is currently inspired by the middle stage of a site under construction that I pass on a daily basis. I am deeply inspired by the construction aesthetic as well as its metaphoric qualities that can be applied to ones life. The process of construction gives the ever-progressing building structure a sense of vitality that I wish to represent in my work. As the observed changes continue to manifest, I find myself enjoying each stage as it presents itself, likening these stages of building creation to stages of our human lives.
