'The Solutrean Expression' is inspired by the panel of the Red Cow in Lascaux in France, and is a modern expressionist interpretation of the oldest and the most honest depiction of the natural world in art. Palaeolithic artists relied on the natural world for food, shelter, clothing and even for culture, yet today, the natural world and its fundamental role in our daily lives is so often overlooked.
