This image is in an ongoing series of works from the Mardi Gras. Mystery and the unknown are part of the World of Mardi Gras and Carnival as the masks and costumes are worn and the parades grace the streets. When we play dress up for the carnival we do not really wear a disguise, we shed for a little time who we are. We can say we distort ourselves we become anonymous as is the tradition of the Mardi Gras.
